The Canapé Package
Our canapé package features both savoury and sweet options to tantalise the tastebuds. Enjoy an elegant cocktail style event for birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. It is particularly popular for engagement parties and also for a wedding reception with something different!
Served over three hours with a selection of savoury and sweet canapés (10 in total)

COLD:
- Selection of ribbon sandwiches
- Cherry tomato, basil and bocconcini salad en croute (V)
- Florentine muffin with avocado mousse and smoked salmon (V)
- Smoked salmon mousse tartlet with salmon caviar and chervil (V)
- King prawn and avocado nori rolls with soy & ginger dressing (G/F Option)
- Horseradish crusted beef & panzanella salad in a filo cup
- Choux pastry puff with chicken liver parfait and caramelised shallots
- Peking Duck, cucumber & Asian salad rice paper rolls hoi sin sauce (G/F Option)
WARM:
- Vegetable frittata (G/F Option)
- Truffled scrambled egg tartlet (V)
- Crispy leek risotto cakes with marscapone, lemon & thyme (V)
- Sweet corn and haloumi croquettes
- Sauté scallop, lemon butter sauce over potato puree on a tasting spoon
- Mini blue swimmer crab cakes with coriander aioli (V)
- Camembert, mushroom and caramelised onion tartlet (V)
- Chicken breast, chorizo and hollandaise tartlet
- Baked parmesan polenta round with chorizo & roast capsicum aioli
- Mini corn cakes with bacon
- Mini osso bucco pies with red onion jam

- Profiterole filled with crème patisserie and topped with chocolate ganache
