Function Buffet Menu

For something slightly less formal that is ideal for clubs and group celebrations, birthday, anniversary, corporate or conference events. It is particularly popular for Rehearsal Dinners for the families to mingle prior to the Big Day!! Served over 3 hours – served buffet style and includes a 2 course meal.

Hot Selection (Pre–select 3 of the following dishes)

• Delicious Honey Baked Leg Ham and caramelised pineapple (G/F Option)
• Chicken Breast in a creamy tarragon sauce served with steamed rice (G/F Option)
• Sweet Chicken Curry served with steamed rice and pappadams (G/F Option)
• Rich Beef Ragu in a tomato sauce served with penne pasta
• Corncakes with Crispy Bacon and Sour Cream

Salads & Vegetables (Pre–select 2 of the following salads / vegetables)

• Crisp Garden Salad served with our own vinaigrette
• Greek Salad
• Caesar Salad (anchovies optional)
• Roasted Vegetable and Pasta salad
• Mixed steamed vegetables

Desserts (Pre–select 2 of the following dishes)

• Lemon Curd Roulade (G/F Option)
• Sticky Banana Pudding with butterscotch sauce
• Crepe Suzette with ice cream
