Functions and Catering

Room with Roses has two perfect areas within our venue to host your function and make it a truly unique event.

The Balcony offers stunning views over the Brisbane Arcade with all its beautiful Art Deco elements, featuring intricate balustrades, stained glass and Queensland Maple panelling throughout. Our fabulous new Chandelier Room has its own elegant atmosphere framed by French doors and windows overlooking the treetops of Adelaide Street and of course features 2 magnificent European chandeliers.

For functions at Room with Roses, guests are typically seated at rectangular tables of 10 in either the Balcony or the Chandelier Room. We can comfortably accommodate up to 110 guests, however if you require a dance floor then our Balcony can be made available and the seating capacity is then reduced to 90 guests. For cocktail style functions, up to 150 guests can be accommodated across the various areas.

All tables are dressed with crisp white linen and in the Chandelier Room, chairs are covered with elegant ivory coloured covers and the Dining Room and Balcony have a range of charming rose themed chairs in line with our shabby chic decor.

You and your guests will be impressed and the photo opportunities are both stunning and endless!
