Deluxe High tea in Brisbane
Our high tea menu is perfect for special occasions, birthdays, bridal showers and baby showers and also as a unique (and cost-effective) wedding reception.
Served in the Brisbane Arcade over two hours, High Tea at Room with Roses includes our lovely High Tea and service staff. Served daily between 9.00am–11.30am and 2.00pm–3.00pm
All items of our Deluxe High Tea are made fresh on the premises from the very best ingredients.
Each High Tea serving contains ten dainty delicacies per person and is presented on our beautiful decorated porcelain High Tea stand. Our Brisbane High Tea menu is $42.00 per person.
- Mini Raspberry Scone – served with raspberry jam and Chantilly cream
- Mini Ginger Scone – served with lime ginger marmalade and Chantilly cream
- Dainty Ribbon Trio Sandwiches – two of our popular ribbon sandwiches
- Mini Corncake – topped with sour cream, crispy bacon and chives
- Mini Salmon Cake – drizzled with dill cream sauce
- Savoury Tartlet – varies daily based on our chef’s selection
- Mini Chocolate Heaven Cake – topped with chocolate ganache
- Lemon Curd Tart – tangy lemon curd made to Vicki’s family recipe
- Sweet Treat – chef’s choice from our old fashioned sweet biscuit selection
One Pot of Premium Tea / One Cup of Standard Coffee / One Soft Drink (Charges apply for Specialty Hot Drinks & extras – as per Drinks List)
Gluten Free or Vegetarian High Tea is available with 24 hours notice. $4.00 per person extra
Add a glass of Tyrells Premium Brut bubbles as part of your high tea menu. $7.50 per glass
- High Tea duration is 2 hours from booking commencement
- Our High Tea menu is priced & set per person. If you choose to share we reserve the right to add a small fee of $5 pp to serve/clear. Please accept this charge to accommodate your choice & maintain our standard
Deluxe High Tea at Room with Roses for groups of 10 guests or more:
- Individual pots of tea & cups of coffee will be replaced by Unlimited Filter Coffee / English Breakfast tea
- A 30 % deposit is required to confirm the booking, with final guest numbers to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the booking. Confirmed final guest numbers will be used for catering & charging.
