Included in the Classic Wedding Package – A three course meal served with alternate drops of your selected dishes, with a function duration of four hours.

Entree (Pre-select 2 of the following dishes)
  • Lamb, salsa verde and Persian feta salad (G/F Option)
  • Caramelised leek, sage and goat’s cheese tart with rocket, shaved pear and parmesan salad
  • Asian style slow roasted pork belly on Vietnamese wombok salad
  • Smoked chicken, orange segment, roasted macadamia and avocado on herbed salad with sweet citrus dressing (G/F Option)
  • Crab cakes with chilli jam and green papaya salad
Main Course (Pre-select 2 of the following dishes)
  • Grilled salmon on lemon and chive risotto with a shaved fennel salad (G/F Option)
  • Macadamia herb crusted reef fish with dauphinoise potatoes and buerre blanc sauce
  • Crispy skin chicken, soft polenta, wild mushroom sauce and green beans (G/F Option)
  • Red curry of Duck and Lychee served with steamed jasmine rice and bok choy
  • Eye fillet stopped with caramelised onion and served with creamed potato, port wine jus and steamed seasonal greens
